This book sounds like a wonderful one full of magic. So often, when someone loses the love of their life, it feels like the end of the world. However, you never know which way things will turn up and I feel like this adventure are a great reminder of that.

Reading the review led me to believe this book has too much realism and can be easily labeled as a romance genre. Both are the things I avoid most in literature and therefore will have to pass this book. No offense, just personal preferences, but still apologies and congrats on BOTD!

It is not the typical love story. It tells the story of a single mother and widow named Brooke Sandstrom, as she goes beyond the feeling of lost love when her husband dies. Brooke has to take care of a special needs child and her sick mother. She meets a wealthy businessman who asks her to marry him. Brooke takes the chance and begins an adventure based on a sham marriage that is not based on true love. Brooke and Jake understood each other’s needs and she definitely needed financial support. Brooke lost the love of her life and she will never forget the memories. @Mrlefty0706
