Oh my goodness, It’s interesting the fact that the investigators are a couple. They are really a team and it must be more pressure to keep each other safe. This title must be action packed with lots of adventure. CONGRATS BOTD!

"The Date Farm" by Jack Winnick, a book that features investigations, the federal bank, and good story line. It would be great book to read.

I read the first book East Wind and I wasn't a fan. Right from the start Lara and Uri appear too good to be true, and it sounds like that continues.

The Date Farm is an engaging political thriller with a perfect mix of suspense, action, and romance. Lara and Uri's chemistry adds a nice touch, and the attention to detail in the investigation process makes the story even more gripping. Congrats on BOTD!

I’m looking to digging into this sure fire suspense novel to find out how Uri and Lara pursue the terrorists that are creating massive damage and death after bombing a mall and stealing from banks.

This review provides a well-rounded look at The Date Farm by Jack Winnick, appreciating its fast-paced action, vivid settings, and insightful depiction of government agencies' collaboration. It highlights engaging details about the Caribbean and acknowledges minor critiques about character challenges. Overall, it’s an enthusiastic recommendation for political thriller fans.
Congrats on BOTD.

“The Date Farm” by Jack Winnick is his 4th incredible book in the Lara and Uri 5-book series. This fictional, but very possible, terrorist attack occurs in a Beverly Hills shopping mall where more than 100 innocent shoppers are killed and hundreds more were injured by a group of terrorists, dressed in black, that opened fire on the unsuspecting crowd. Meanwhile, the security of the Dept. of Defense and DHS was breached and the Federal Reserve and Chase Manhattan were also attacked. Each of Winnick’s books can be read out of the series order but I believe readers will enjoy the series more if they read the books in order. I highly recommend all five of Winnick’s well-written geopolitical action thrillers. Lara and Uri are now married and continue to work very well as a team. Hold onto your seat, this book will be hard to put down. Enjoy!

'Official Review: The Date Farm' by Jack Winnick has an interesting introduction. It contemplates the contents of the action thriller book. This is the story of a group of mysterious men who set off bombs inside a mall, injuring many. The author puts in excellent research to write this political thriller. Also, the book has relatable and humorous characters, suspenseful action, realistic villains, and cute romance. It was great to learn that the book vividly describes the Caribbean Sea and the yacht!

Although I'm not a fan of political stories, I think I would give this book a try for the mystery it poses. Your review greatly highlights the inclusion of beauty in islands and animals.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting thriller novel about a pair of anti-terrorism government agents, Uri and Lara, tasked with investigating a terrorist attack at a Beverly Hills mall and preventing a future attack on US soil. It seems to be worth another look. Well done.

Thank you for the thoughtful review. I just downloaded this today, and I am looking forward to reading it, especially now that I know there are vivid descriptions of the Caribbean Islands, and I won't be lost starting the series from here.

Thank you for your review. I'm glad you enjoyed the book. I agree with you that Mr. Winnick's style of writing and descriptions are great. Same with his character developments. I just have trouble reading books where kids of all ages get killed.

Lara and Uri are well-developed and experienced characters who show research and conflict resolution skills. Throughout the plot his skills and bravery stand out, showing the commitment and sacrifice that his work demands.
