After reading the sample I felt similarly to what you mentioned about the structure of the memoir keeping the narrative tension with the insertion of events and characters. I am glad to hear that the author continues to write in a manner that holds the readers attention throughout the novel. Thank you for your detailed review.

" I was exceptionally pleased that this book beat the odds. The story has just the right amount of detail, from the tactics Red and his group employs to the aggressively macho environment they'd cultivated." An exciting review! based on the reading, this truly feels like an adrenaline fueled page turner.

The book sounds quite interesting and exciting. The author and his team find themselves between a rock and a hard place trying to outsmart the casinos and relieve them of as much money as they can and the police trying not to get caught. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

I have seen many movies about scamming casinos, but I have never read a book about it. I'm not a gambler, but I always found it interesting how people are able to scam not just one casino, but multiple casinos. That takes some serious skill and strategic planning. Thank you for such a great review. I've already added it to my bookshelf.

Fascinating story indeed. The review reads like a novel, hard to imagine this is a memoir and the author was trying to cheat casinos. I am not very much into the casino culture yet intrigued.

This memoir sounds intense. I like how the reviewer pointed out that the book gives just enough detail without overloading the reader. The mix of blackjack strategy, risk, and pressure from the law makes it sound like a real-life thriller.

"Heat in the Vegas Night" sounds like an absolutely wild memoir! Cheating at blackjack in Vegas with a high-stakes team – that cat-and-mouse game with casinos and police, plus the gritty details of their strategies, captures my imagination entirely. I am definitely interested in this immersive dive into casino culture and its sheer tension. Congrats BOTD!

'With memoirs, it's common to find authors with amazing stories to tell but zero writing ability. I was exceptionally pleased that this book beat the odds.'
I like that the plot sounds fictional and that it's also well-written.
