I think the cover really conveys the overall message of the book! It's colourful and bright (which kids will definitely love), and kids will also appreciate the picture of the vivid yellow school bus.

The cover is clearly geared towards children. The schoolbus is vibrant and grabs your attention. I can imagine a child pointing it out to their parents if they see it in a bookstore.

It was eye-catching. My pupil spent more time admiring the book cover than the book itself

The front cover of What Did You Do at School Today? by C.C. Lacavera is beautiful and colorful. I'm sure kids will love it, especially the illustration of a school bus full of children. What a fun and engaging read.

The design of this cover makes it attractive to young children who are drawn to bold, bright colors, and any parent with a young one for that same reason. It shows a child getting of the bus and waving goodbye to their school friends. This plus the title leads me to think of an after-school talk with my child, where I ask the question in the title, "What did you do at school today?" With its colorful cover and fun-looking font, I think this cover shows what this book is all about; a quick, fun read with your child.

I think the cover is okay. It is simple yet appealing. It captures the basic theme of the book, and for me that's all I need in the cover of a book: get the message out in as simple a style as possible.

It does a great job appealing to both kids and adults. The colors are bright and inviting, with playful imagery that reflects the lighthearted nature of the book's content. The essence of the book encourages open, engaging, and focused on school experiences. The cover perfectly aligns with the book’s goal of fostering communication between children, parents, and teachers.
If I saw it in a bookstore I would be interested and I know a kid would too.

I think that the cover looks really quaint! It uses a simple color palette alongside a simple picture as the focus and no background. It brings me back to when I was little and reading children's books. Typically, children's books were far simpler than they are today. A lot of kids books I see on shelves look busy, overly colorful as well. These are good, but it's nice to have variety, and I think this cover adds some variety back into the mix.
