Live your dream ,your life. Achieve your expectations, not others, don't be afraid of the next step, just go forward
Life is hard on its own so let's make it easier for each other if we could.

I would tell myself that love will find its way and realize you don't have to self-sabotage all the time. Stop indulging in temporary means of happiness and instead work hard at things you love to build long term success.

I'd remind then that "we pass this way but once", grab every opportunity. Say "yes" more often.

I would tell the younger me to slow down. Life happens fast and the faster we live the more we miss.

I would tell myself that others' opinions don't always matter. Growing up I was very shy. I really had to know you to have a conversation with you without it being small talk. In college, I never made friends because I just was too shy. For a few years at my first full time job, I rarely spoke because I was so worried about saying something dumb. It still takes me a while to warm up to some people, but I am starting to get to the point that I really do not care what you think of me.
