Puodini was an excellent pet despite the result of his adventure in the book.
But he still lived!

Yes! Poudini was so cute and the name being a pun was also great.
Poudini was an excellent pet to Peter to his tragic end.
But he didnt die in the end :)

The Wandering Albatross was great but I'd pick Wolfèa. I'm just sorry she was so restricted because of the Gate Keeper.

The question of Wolfea as a pet brings up the question of where she is from Echoland or Olam Shone.

But Puodini did not have an easy time in the orphanage.

I would definitely choose Wolfea! I loved the role that pets played in the story. If it were me, I would definitely want a pet like Wolfea who could defend me and be a real companion.

Wolfeá is an excellent choice for a pet but I wonder if she is from Olám Shoné or Echoland and how she moved from one land to the next.

I believe wolfea is a Sound which would mean she definitly isnt originally from Echoland. Possibly from olam shone? Or from the Sound realm?

That she had cubs in Olam Shone indicates that Wolfeá as a pet originated from there.

But if given the choice, I would probably choose one of the tame pets because I think it's best to let wild animals remain animals. I might also be very inclined to choosing a rat (they are super smart) or a bunny rabbit just because they are so cute.
I loved Poudini! When I thought he died during the quest I was so upset! I feel like he provided some great comic relief/
But as a pet and his contribution to the adventure, did his death have an impact in the story.
No his death would not have had an impact to the actual story. Poudini was more of an enjoyment pet, not an actual useful one. I just liked him. :)

Poudini is an excellent pet, but when thinking about Echoland I prefer a useful pet like a Wandering Albatross.

Agreed! I dont think any pet really had a significant impact on the story...

But my selecion of pets in Echoland would have to be in accordance to the advantage and goals I have in Echoland. Due to this, a Wandering Albatross would be the perfect selection for adventurous plans.

Realistically, I'd most likely pick Wolfea. But if I was feeling adventurous, a Wandering Albatross is too good to pass up. Flying would be such a fun experience.
