Yes, it all depends on the degree of anxiety you are experiencing today. If you can handle it normally you make not need professional therapy. However, if your stress levels do not decrease them medical help is needed.

It is very practical, especially for treating mild cases. It would be very irresponsible for someone with a severe case to wait for the remedies here yo treat them

Yes, it is practical because many therapies in this book are already known to us and applicable in many situations. This book can be taken as a reference book. CBT therapy, Breathing therapy, are one of my favorites to relieve anxiety and stress. Do you like these therapies or you apply any other therapy in your everyday life? Let me know I'd like to listen.

CBT is a therapy that focuses on treatment through conselling. There is no prescribed medication for applying this therapy in personal use.

I think this is a practical guide that people can use as a reference and apply its methods or content to relieve anxiety and stress. However, for complicated cases specialized medical attention is necessary.

In all honesty, I would recommend this book to people who are in the earlier stages? The book sounds pretty practical and maybe they can get ahold of themselves. However, professional help is professional help, and it wouldn't pass for that.

I think it is a practical guide, but only as a reference point. The reader should always seek professional help especially in extreme cases. Self-medication can be quite catastrophic.

Of course as it involves identifying problematic thoughts and coming up with ways to deal with them. However, this can result in failure in the absence of trained personell, especially, with no earlier experience.

Yes definitely this book can serve as a guide to those who are just suffering from mild stress which comes and goes. Following any natural remedy should do the trick. But if that fails to control your stress levels, professional help is required.

I feel this book does offer practical advice. It gives plenty of options for those who want to manage stress on their own. Of course, this is no substitute for when stress and anxiety reach a critical level that require medical attention. However, I feel much of our everyday stress can be managed using these techniques.

The non medicated techniques can be practically applied by all those facing mild anxiety. If these fail, the reader can seek medical advice and act accordingly.

This is indeed a practical book. It can be considered as a self-help book and can be a reliable reference on relieving anxiety and stress. But only a reference. It is not a subtitute for professional help.

That is certainly true. Reading a book may not be able to convey all the different side effects caused by different persons in different situations, so professional advice should be rated highly.

Gustavo sends in a happy glow to all readers. The book is practical and can be used as a reference, just as you've stated. Depending on the level of their problem, a reader can decide when they need to seek professional assistance.

True, the practicality of this book extends to the reader. Some might choose to seek medical attention at an early stage, while others may choose not to. Nevertheless, Kinrys has cautioned readers from taking this book as the ultimate solution to all their stress and anxiety problems.
