I know with all certainty that this book is not just for children, any dog-lover would gladly embrace it. "Spiritual dog" is an unforgettable title for me. Good job here!

Dogs are utterly cute animals, I'm sure children will adore the book. I'm mostly indifferent about pets, but this is such a warm story, I'm tempted to see what Bear looks like.

I am looking forward to digging into this non fiction novel to find out why the dog was named bear and how he changed the lives of the family. Dogs are man’s best friend and they love unconditionally. Children’s books always provide good values not only to the kids but also to the adults. So I am ready to be reminded about these as I read Bear’s journey.

Thank you for the review! It is actually quite refreshing for a children's book to be based on a real story! So lovely.

A Spiritual Dog:"e; Bear&quote ~ is a Non-Fictional Book which tells of a rescue dog, Shih Tzu mixed breed puppy named Bear and was adopted. Heart-warming. Interesting. Light-hearted read.

Simple abd easy to read and understand. Great at bed-time or storytime. Engaging. Recommended for children ages 3-10. Anyone can enjoy the book.

"A Spiritual Dog: "Bear" by J. Wesley Porter - A man and his dog, the love they have for each other is a pleasure to read about. Wesley Porter adopted Bear at 8-
weeks old. He was a Shih Tzu puppy. The author tells a beautiful story of Bear's life with lots of photos. It would make good bedtime reading. Thanks for the helpful review.

This non-fiction children's book is about a rescue dog named Bear. My three dogs are all rescues, and I can relate to this family adding a new member. Congratulations to the author for being chosen as BOTD. Very good review! Thanks to the reviewer for your excellent review.

I like dogs. This non-fiction children's book tells about "Bear", the author's dog. He was a dog loved by the Porter family. The book includes photos of Bear and the family. There are also attractive illustrations. It seems like a fascinating book for young children.

This children's book certainly appears to be an unusual treasure. I admire that Bear was adopted from an animal shelter and I agree that this fact could spark an education discussion. I imagine that parents would appreciate picking up this little gem for their young ones to read. I myself am curious about what makes Bear a spiritual dog and will be adding A Spiritual Dog "Bear" to my shelves. Thanks for the great review!

I like the fact that the Porter family has offered the readership practically a part of their lives, a piece of their privacy.

This seems like a terrific book for children to help them understand the problem of animal shelters full of dogs waiting for someone to give a proper home and family. Thank you for your great review!

This sounds like a great book to share with children if a family is planning to bring a pet into the house to set expectations of what having a dog really means. The photos and illustrations sound like such a fun addition!

From the review this appears to be a cute story about a family who adopted a rescue dog. It seems like it is useful for young children and a nice book for caregivers/parents to read to younger children as the text is fairly simple. It is a good way to introduce children to rescue dogs and the positive aspects of adopting one. Thank you for the nice review on this book.
