Readers who love pets will find this book both refreshing and fascinating. And I think the pictures in the book will make it even more appealing. Thanks for the honest review!

I don't enjoy kids books and I'm more of a cat person, so I think I'll be passing on this one, though I'm sure Bear's adjustment to outdoor additions was a heartwarming moment in the story. Thanks for the review.

This children's book seems heartwarming with how a family rescues a dog, Bear, from a shelter and the life he had for thirteen years. Great review!

This is a lovely book for children showing the gift a rescue dog can be and how it’s a great thing to rescue a dog that needs a loving home. Thanks for a great review.

A very nice story for children and for those who love dogs. Children often want pets and this story shows them how to care for their pets. It also showcases the love that people have for their pets.

This looks like a really good book for younger child. Fair point to the reviewer for pointing out that it can be used as a teaching tool, which will come in handy for parents looking to add a dog to their family. I also thought the book would have benefited from more pictures, since children tend to learn more from imagery rather than text if they're too young to understand. Great review, thanks for sharing!

This sounds like an adorable children's book with beautiful illustrations and descriptions. However, it's not for me since I dislike dogs and would not want to read a book about one. Tha is for a beautiful review

This is a heart warming story I can already tell and advocating animal rescue is awesome. Also, children who are scared of Dogs because they didn't grow up with one will let down their walls gradually after reading this. Great Job.

A dog named bear? sounds interesting! I had no clue dogs reacted to Changes in such manner. To be honest, I don't know much about them. But I think this book can help walk the reader through basics of understanding a dog. And it's a children's book too, so that's even more exciting. Cheers!!!

Dog stories are great for all ages. I like the adoption theme and the pictures that are included in the story. I agree that the dog's name is humorous! Great review.

Thanks for the review. Sounds like children who are dog lovers would enjoy it. Being a dog 'rescuer" myself, I am happy that it is about a rescue.

What a great review of a different kind of non-fiction children's novel about dogs. Every book that I have read about puppy love and sharing life with a dog, includes dogs from breeders. I have a dog myself and am a dog lover - I'm interested in reading this book, as all I've experienced myself is the love of a dog from a breeder.
Positively Seas the Day,
