The book is an amazing book and deserves a perfect rating. There are so many reviews on the book in which people describe a lot of positive aspects about it and I couldn't agree more after reading the book. I loved the way Sarah was portrayed in the book, her character was quite engaging.

I would give the book a four out of four stars because of how it narrated the events as a mystery novel. The use of maps and pictures that shows the future danger is an interesting one. I would recommend this book to mystery and mythological fiction lovers.

Charlie Sheldon's writing style and narrative pace appealed to me. In the riveting moments of their effort to find answers in Bear Valley, I commiserated with the characters and felt their tension. There was nothing I didn't like about this book. Sarah Cooley, a 14-year-old girl, was brilliantly portrayed. The author depicted her adolescent family struggles as well as her dedication to preserve long-forgotten truths and customs. I rate the book 4 out 4 stars for its oustanding style and appeal.

Totem (Strong Heart) by Charlie Sheldon Is an interesting read. It is the third book in the series and I like that it can be read as a stand-alone. Sarah was my favorite character. The author did a good job combining suspense with historical fiction. I would definitely recommend this to others. Reading this book makes me want to read the prequels. Kudos to the author.

When I first encountered the book, the 400+ pages made my mouth go wide. However, when I read the first pages, I didn't know how I reached half-way. The plot is engaging, with Sarah keeping me on toes with her lively nature. I rate it 4 out of 4 stars.

The book is professionally edited, given the Author's experience in writing. Additionally, I loved Adrift, Totem's prequel. Therefore, I knew I was up for a treat with this one.

There were dangerous undertakings in the Olympic Peninsula. I often shivered at the slightest thought of placing myself in the shoes of the characters. There are touches of the environment, so any environmentalist will enjoy Totem by Charlie.

I appreciated the historical nature of the work. Living in a contemporary world full of jets and Covid-19, I loved how the author helped me escape from the current world, into one with teenagers full of visions. The fantasy bit of the work stood out the most for me.

Black Jewel wrote: 01 Feb 2022, 17:02 I just started this book today, and so far I like how briskly this novel runs. It hooks you and takes you along for the ride. I feel like the maps are a great touch and help orient you to where you need to be. I am having some difficulties keeping up with the large cast of characters, however. I'm still on the fence on whether I'm going to go back and read the first two books.
The book will take you on a rollercoaster ride, one that is full of twists and suspense. The fantasy and traverses will leave you yearning for more. I haven't read the first book, but the second one is to die for.

I just couldn't stop reading it. The author did a great job with this book, so I rate it a 4 out of 4. This is the kind of book that I am looking for when reading. Highly recommend.
I agree. Also, I enjoyed how the author developed Sarah and other characters. At the end, you can tell one is different from when the book began. And that is something to commend Charlie Sheldon.

I would rate totam 2/4. The plot was good, but there were simply too many dialogues. I feel it could have been written much better.

I gave Totem 4 out of 4 stars because it basically combines daydreams and secrets to highlight northern mythology and norms. The novel  book describes an enthralling journey into the unknown as well as extraordinary historical revelations.
