In What Ways are You a Maestro?

As the author, might I get this ball rolling? My favorite way of being The Maestro, when it comes to conducting my life, is when I am able to help others get over feeling flawed, for one reason or another, and begin noticing they're not so bad after all I've become pretty darn good at that, and I love the experience of jumping in to help out when the matter comes up Thank you for asking.

I totally agree with this. To me, being the Maestro is all about self acceptance. I've accepted both my flaws and finesses.

But when you accept your flaws, sometimes it can lead to resignation. That's not the case for me. I've learnt that I'm actually not that bad, and I'm getting a little bit better everyday, as opposed to going the other way.
