There was no part of the book that did not make me feel emotional. However, i was sad when it looked like Ron's wife would not make it, despite Ron's faith and belief in God. It broke me because it showed me that just about anybody can be forced to lose their faith when what they prayed for is not answered.

Personally what touched me most about this book was particularly Ron's unwavering commitment and care for his wife even against all olds. Ron truly proves the meaning of love here. and I will love to emulate him when I found myself in such situation.

I was emotional when Ron had to stand by his sick wife. It is not easy seeing someone dear to you being in pains.

:? :( :shifty:

It was really hard to choose the most emotional parts, there were parts more relatable than others for me. I guess that’s what made the book interesting

To come to decide a particular emotional section in this book feels difficult. The whole book had an emotional roll coaster, but what stood most is knowing fully well that Ron has his own challenges and became selfless and dedicated to loving his wife ailing wife. What an emotional moment it was.

As I said before, I love everything about this book. Each and every part of it was emotional for me. If I was to give it to a particular part, it would be the love he gave. He didn't even give up on her.

For me, the parts of this book that made me feel emotional were the parts that talked about the sorrow and perseverance that the author and his wife experienced. Although there are other emotional parts, I resonate more with the persevering nature of the couple.

Two things that this book evidently portrayed was pain and the power of genuine love. I cringed anytime the author talked about what the wife went through. Even though I felt he was trying to be generous and conservative at some point, the emotional trauma they had to deal with is something I don't even wish on an enemy. I was also endeared to the way the author made sure the love they shared never died in the face of adversity.

There seems to be many emotional topics in the book, but the most evident emotional part or topic, is love

I also felt the same way. There were so many emotion running through me as I read this book last night. There was even this one time that I felt disgust for the author, but eventually switched to sympathy. It was really a rollercoaster of emotions.

Patsy's illness made me feel the fear and anxiety. Also being sorry for her and people with health problems that I know. It was emotional roller coaster for me...

The whole book was extremely emotional. I was really emphatic with the narrative and at the same time heartbroken. It touches really difficult subjects that are hard to move from. I was deeply moved.
