I have read a few pages in this book. Marie-Paule Mahoney did a wonderful job writing about Ocras. I do not typically read about sea life but have found myself wanting to continue to read about Ocras, learning all that I can. Sea life is magnificent as is, and I believe there is much to learn.

This book is great for anyone interested in learning more about Ocras, however, if I had to pinpoint a specific age group I would suggest children in Elementary through Middle school.

This sounds like a lovely book about the magic of orcas. Just looking at the front cover has a calming affect on me. I am interested in learning about our friends in the ocean. Thanks for the informative review.

It's fascinating to learn about the matriarchal society of orcas and their unique behaviors, such as the way they process grief. The book's central message of environmental responsibility and the impact of human actions on these majestic creatures is timely and important. I'm glad to hear that the book is well-edited and visually appealing, making it enjoyable for readers of all ages. Your positive review and high rating make me eager to dive into this book myself. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and recommendation!

Based on your review, this sounds like a wonderful book in school libraries. I have often seen with children's books regarding living organisms, authors mostly portray the beauty but it sounds as the though the author was very real including the emotions that orcas endure during difficult times I think these little details are great for children and teaching them. Thank you for such a wonderful review.

I've always been fascinated by dolphins, especially with their human-like intelligence. I didn't know much about orcas, but they seem pretty interesting, too. I'm just learning that they run a matriarchal society. This book seem interesting, especially to those interested in animal behavior.

In Orcas Forever by Marie-Paule Mahoney, the author discusses the dangers the Orcas face on Earth and how human misconduct impacts their existence.

I have always been intrigued by Orcas, as they are one of the most intelligent animals in the world, incredibly social and coordinated, and dangerous! They are also led by a matriarch and as far as I know, they do leave orcas behind.

This a beautiful illustrated book about the Salish Sea orca pods. I found it interesting that these 3 pods only eat fish, while the orcas located in other areas eat other whales, shark, seals, and have been reported to intentionally attack some boats.

As I absolutely LOVE Orcas and most sea creatures I'm super excited to read this. Although it's a children's book, I'm sure we as adults can learn just as much as the kids. As in the end we as adults are the reason why this breed is endangered. Great review.
