But if we make an appointment with the plumber and he arrives ten minutes late we act like the sky is about to fall in ... as suzy would say "go figure".
Next time I have to wait, when I'm called I'll say: "Sorry, but you are just going to have to wait 'till I finish this very, very important chapter"

right on Fran!...............couldn't have said it better myself!.............the nerve of them!...the worst offenders are the " specialists "...high on their pedestal, suffering from " delusions of grandeur ".......i just knocked one off of his perch!
