Just finished reading the book; took me longer to get through than I would have anticipated given the low page number. The family’s story is interesting and I’m glad that Mark has shared it, but I do think it could have used some more editing or other assistance, as much of it is very dry. 3.5 out of 5 for me 😊

Honestly, I just purchased the book today and have yet to read it. However, from the book cover photo and title description it is obvious that this novel is a heart-felt and compelling story. A child that is diagnosed with a terrible condition as cancer will make any person feel empathy and sadness, especially the mother of the child.

Seeing your child go through such a debilitating illness is not easy. The entire family suffered, including Harry. This was one difficult and heartbreaking book to read but I would definitely recommend it to other parents, especially those who are facing similar challenges. There are nuggets about advocating for your child, being involved as a parent and they might learn a thing or two about how to navigate these difficult challenges.

From my own perspective and opinion, I found this book to be both emotional, enlightening and motivating and I would rate this book 5 out of 5 stars because of the information it contains especially on patient advocacy.

This is an inspirational and perfect book for anyone going through a medical problem. It's heartbroken to see a child going through several diagnoses and the parent end up spending a lot of money. This book contains valuable information. Therefore, I would rate it five out of five stars.

This book is amazing, heartfelt and inspiring. Little Louis and his family went through so much. Additionally, I am impressed by the writing skills of the father. I didn't expect the story to be so well-narrated. I like that they included their own hand-written notes.
At first, I did not want to read the book. I thought, oh no! I cannot read another tear-jerking story. Yes, it is still emotional, but it is filled with hope. The readers are also learning a lot about medicine, medical procedures and the system. I can't wait to finish the book.

In life there is always going to be ups and downs. That is a static phenomenon of life. But there are still moments that test us to the very limit of our beings. This book had some of those moments.

This book has been in my mind for quite a while now. I haven't really gained my courage to read this book. Being an overthinker, this book just adds up to my imagination and I don't think, I'm ready to read this book yet. But soon, I'll read this amazing book.

I was just going through some of the reviews of this book. I really can't gather enough courage to buy this book. A member in my family passed away from cancer and it hurts. Thinking about protagonist going through things much worse, is just crushing my soul

This was an emotional read for me. Breaking Childhood Cancer is a very sensitive subject that requires a lot of focus. I'm glad that the story turned out to be an inspiring one in the end. I love the fact that the writer shared a lot of tips that will benefit any reader. I didn't dislike anything in the book. The writing style of the author was good.
