Hot buttered toast with peanut butter is a sure way to bring a smile to my face. It's good simple comfort food that's handy to make whatever the weather.

I really love Spaghetti Bolognese. It's just so comforting to eat. The mix of pasta with the rich meat and tomato sauce is just perfect. It's like a big hug in a bowl. The ingredients are simple, but they come together in such a tasty way. It reminds me of home and good times. For me, it's one of the best dishes out there. It's both delicious and makes me feel good every time I have it.

The best food, in my opinion, is lasagna. Its layers of pasta, rich meat or vegetarian sauce, creamy béchamel, and melted cheese create a perfect harmony of flavors and textures. Whether it's a classic recipe or a unique twist, lasagna always satisfies my cravings and provides a comforting, hearty meal.

French toast! I can't wait to make them in a few minutes. I love them so much. I make sure to make the outside layer crunchy!

Avocados. I love adding Himalayan salt to ripe avocados. It gives it extra flavor. It keeps me satiated for hours.

I love avocados, but I wish they kept me satiated for hours :D

Other foods that I like is anything that has brown rice on it.
