Re: What Is the Next Book/Books on Your Reading List?
I've realized (during a very heated debate) that I have little first hand knowledge of scripture. Regardless of any spiritual beliefs, reading such an iconic text would definitely be a personal accomplishment.
In fact, reading Paradise Lost by John Milton as part of a university assignment was eye-opening in terms of the place of the Bible and of religious text in canonical literature.

I really recommend you do! I read Anne of Green Gables, Anne of Avonlea, Anne of the Island and Anne of Windy Poplars and I loved them! I plan to read the others. I've liked Anne's character very much since I was a child, because there's a lovely anime series based on Anne of Green Gables. It is an excellent adaptation. I also recommend it to you. Its original name is Akage no Anne and I'll leave here two "trailers" (maybe I'll create a post about this adaptation):cherryvale wrote:My next book is Anne of Avonlea that I'm reading right now. The next book I'm going to read is Romeo and Juliet or The Great Gatsby. I'm looking forward to both.
