I think the first two Oz books are worth reading. However, I did not finish the third book, Ozma of Oz. It's not as lighthearted as previous entries. I mean, a character commits suicide... in a children's series. I feel like he threw in a lot of random characters and events. It lacks the narrative strength of the previous two.

I just finished reading "Gut Health: For Men Over 60 (Senior Health and Wellness Series Book 1)" by Ryland Ashford. I gave it a 4 out of 5 star rating.

The last book I read was "Talking to the Ground" by Douglas Preston and this book that covers a 400-mile trek on horseback through Navajo country is amazing. I rate it 5 out of 5-stars. @Mrlefty0706

The last book I read was "The Book of Revelation Made Clear" by Tim LaHaye and Timothy Parker. St. John had dreams about the End Times and these authors have made the revelations easier to understand. This is definitely a 5 out of 5-star book.

The Seven or Eight Deaths of Stella Fortuna. I rate it a 9/10. Reads like a historical fiction that is very engaging and tragic.

I read Passionate Purpose by Jack J. Schramm. What a wonderful book to read. The public journey of the author from the state level to the federal level, and the international level, and then to being a private consultant to nations is beyond imagination. I would love to read similar books.

The last book I read was "Locked On" by Tom Clancy. I am planning on reading all of the Tom Clancy books and this one was good but not one of the best. I would rate it 3 out of 4-stars.

I’m reading “Where are you going? Where have you been ?” from Joyce Carol Oats. I remember reading this several times in high school and through college. For me it always seemed weird and random. The funny thing is that this time around it feels very clear that what it’s about and I can understand what she’s trying to represent through her characters. A good read overall.

The last book I was reading I hated, so it was a DNF. The County Line was the title and I could not get into it. The writing style did not suck me in and I couldn’t visualize the characters or setting. I hate when that happens!

The last book I read, actually re-read, was "On Tyranny" by Timothy Snyder is a 126-page book that was an amazing read. The founding fathers tried to think of everything that could happen in the future to prevent tyranny. They imagined someone like Trump but could not have thought of all of the evil things he has done. If the founding fathers could time travel to 2024 they would go back and add more safeguards to the U.S. Constitution.

The last book I read recently was "Holy Moments - A Handbook for the Rest of Your Life" by Matthew Kelly is a short but incredible book that all Christians should read. @mrlefty0706
