Muffins are a delightful treat, whether they're just out of the oven or being freshly baked. If there's an updated recipe to share, I'd be excited to give it a try and enjoy the warm, fluffy goodness of homemade muffins. Muffins are always a welcome delight!

I love muffins, they are my favourite pastry. I make sure to pour in some oil in the batter so they are moist and fluffy. Check out MK on youtube, she has nice recipes!

I would try banana and chocolate chip muffins! Use a natural sweetener and less butter and flour to make it healthier! Great breakfast item.

The key is to master the activator-to-dry food ratio. Make sure the activator does not overtake the main dish. That is my recommendation.
