I have always felt that Mice were intelligent animals, but I like how this book, Mouse Trax by M.H. Dixon, presents them. It has a solid narrative and simplifies it a lot. Your review makes it even more interesting. This is an excellent recommendation.

I noticed this book didn't have any illustrations, which may put some kids off. It seems this book is geared to older children, although I'm not 100% sure what the underlying message is.

This was a pretty relaxing read. I really enjoyed the adventurous nature of Another Mouse, and the variety of other characters throughout the story. Mouse's curiosity and courage were inspiring. Overall a great book for young adults.
I am an avid reader. I typically read 1-2 books per week. I enjoy a wide array of genres including Sci Fi, Action/Thriller, and Historical Fiction.

As a geologist and christian, I also particularly enjoy books on science and faith.

The first thing that caught my eye was the cover illustration, with its lovely colouring and non-Ai feel. The story is captivating and I felt that the little more had an endearing personality which came through nicely. This is a very nice little children’s book.

So basically, this book's plot is the animal world. I smiled at the read of the protagonist's name. I feel like I would imagine myself as an animal to actually enjoy this read. Nice review.

The clever wordplay starts already with the name of the main character, I had to chuckle when seeing Another Mouse. I appreciate children's books that have an extra layer for adults to enjoy, some satire, clever word usage. This brave little mouse definitely went on an interesting journey.

This story manages to connect thanks to its focus on universal values such as friendship, intelligence, determination and resilience. It is a valuable resource to offer an audience, as it teaches important lessons to even the youngest readers. The story promises to be an amazing adventure starring a brave little rodent, and it's hard not to be tempted to immerse yourself in it.

The "subtle satire and clever wordplay woven into the tale" are one of the factors that encourage me to read this interesting children book. Even better, the blending of prose and poetry, plus the humor and suspense rises more reading interest. I'd love to follow the adventurous tale of "Another mouse." Congratulations on being the BOTD.
