Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

I have to purchase the Barnes and noble edition but you’re click to buy the book is taking me to Amazon. That doesn’t make sense when you specifically said I have to buy the Barnes and noble ebook for $3 and it’s $20 on Amazon

Per email, this particular book needs to be a Barnes and Noble edition and that it is $3 but then the purchase link to Amazon says Kindle does not support purchasing this content. The hardcover is $25 and paperback is $18. Not sure how to move forward with this one.

This one came with an email link to get it from B&N,, but personally when I try to purchase it, it says my order is confirmed but doesn't let me access the book, then if I check the order status/histoy page it says my order was cancelled

2. Android- Samsung
3. Yes.
4. I open the App and select the book.
5. Opening the next page is the problem and it is usually stuck on 70% and then the page goes blank for several minutes.
6. I don't get any error massage.
7. Yes, I read the tips.

Hello, I have reached out to customer service already and they directed me here. The private instructions indicated that there would be a promo code to obtain the book for free on Audible, however I did not receive a promo code in the email for the book that I am reviewing. I submitted an error report and haven't heard anything yet, so I wanted to see what else I needed to do. Thank you!

You can open any book in pdf when you enter the download pdf option, this makes it easier for you when you bookmark a book to read or review, not only do you also have to have the pdf application installed on your device.
