The only book I finished in one sitting was, well actually there were two, one after the other, and these were ”Genitrix” and "Vipers' Tangle" by François Mauriac.

My all time favorite, The Alchemist, took me 3 and a half hours.
Depends on the book, I read Asylum yesterday in between doing other things in a little over 6 hours.
Adventure...one part stupidty plus two parts perseverence....yeah, that's me!

It depends on the length of the book or number of pages. Recently I read four books in day - 3 of them were short stories while 1 of them was a novella. I read very fast. Juts like today I about to complete reading my second book written by Anne Rice "Pandora".

It depends on the length of the book. I can start and finish a book in one day if it is good and I have the day off work!
I read Hamlet in a couple of hours.

In middle school, I finished a book over night and read the next in the series the same night (into morning). It was summer, of course. :P

I am not a quick reader. I did read Burned by Ellen Hopkins in like 4 hours but that also contributes to the fact that she writes in poem form. But that's the quickest. I like to read everything and not just skim the pages.
