Reading a book in one day

I do not think reading a book in one day is bad. I tend to read quite quickly, so there have been many times when I finish a whole book in one day. To me that just says that the book itself was very interesting and one that I couldn't put down.

Oh yes, some are really that un-put-downable! To salve my conscience for being anti social for so long I will sometimes read all night and into the next day if the book is compelling enough and woe betide anyone who tries to interrupt...

I love when I have the time and drive to finish a whole book in a day!

I read 'The School for Good and Evil' by Soman Chainani in a day at the beginning of the year and last week I bought the sequel, I'm really excited about reading it soon - I absolutely loved the first book.

NOT BAD AT AL!!!!!! Don't worry!! I remember just last week I went through The Elite and The One in one day (It's the second and third books in The Selection series by Kiera Cass) I just get so hooked into the book sometimes! I swear I finished The Fault in Out Stars in about 4 hours!! I couldn't read it fast enough ... good thing I bought the book to go back for details right

Anyway don't worry if you finish a book a day!

I don't think reading a book in one day is bad, hell sometimes I read two books in one day, but only if they're in the same series because when I'm done with a stand-alone or a whole series, I take time to think about it and sometimes mourn dead characters

No, I don't think it's bad. I pretty much average one book a day and that's why I usually stick with longer length books.

Nah, if you have a severe book addiction where you can't do the things you're supposed to then yeah, but I love those kinds of days. Rainy days where all you do is read are my favorite.

Reading on rainy days are really lovely! I'm in England so we get a lot of rainy days, I've been finishing A levels though so previously I haven't had the time to spare reading on those days.

I do this all the time. If the book is very good there are times I must make myself stop reading so I can sleep. I could read all day with no worries.

I find it sad when I finish, but if a book is good enough and draws me in enough I can easily finish it in a day.

When the book is, say less than 350 pages, I do find myself reading it within a day. Didn't realize some people might find it weird...I just read fast so for me it's quite normal.
