The books were good, however the show was amazing. The show was very thrilling, although the books were more adventurous because they allowed you to use your imagination. The books were written so well when I went to go to sleep after reading, everything I had just read played back in my head like a show. So it was really amazing when they came out with the show. Honestly I can't tell you which is better.

I've never read the books but I've heard the show is drastically different, though most people think all those changes make it better. I love the show, it's very thrilling and I love the characters so much. I'm sad to see it end but I think they did a great job throughout these seven seasons. I do wish they followed the book when it comes to Bellamy and Clarke being together. I really hope they finally make it canon this season.

I watched the 100 op to season 7 for it has come out on DVD’s in Denmark And I would like to have more Clarke and Bellamy romance and I love how they have evolved since season one

As much as I enjoyed the show, I wish they followed the book a bit more. I would have liked to see Bellamy and Clarke have more than just a platonic relationship. The last season seemed rushed and I feel like they could have put more work into it. However, I think I prefer the TV series cause of the new characters that were added, without them the show would have sucked.

I haven't read the novels, but I enjoyed the television show. However, I'm disappointed that Bellarke and Clarke are just friends, despite the fact that they are more than friends in the books. Overall, it's a fantastic television show, and I enjoy watching all of the characters interact.

I loved the TV show! At least until season 5!
After that it did seem to get a bit mundane and stretched for no reason, I wish there was a different ending.

I have only seen the show but I have to say that I did enjoy the first few seasons a lot. I remember falling in love with the plot and so many of the characters. I did feel like they lost the plot a bit as the show continued but I did not know it was a book series originally so they were probably just following that!

I hadn't heard of either the TV show or the book. Going by the starkly different opinions on the book and whether the TV show did justice to the book, I'm seriously left wondering about what to do!!
