I chop out potatoes and then fry them and on the side while they’re frying I prepare garlic vinegar, parsley, and salt and mash them all together as they blend. One done frying and they’re nice and crispy. I pour my concoction over them. It’s amazing.

I enjoy baked potatoes. I add seasonings to them. It gives it more flavor. I also include olive oil for its nutrition. It is delicious.
