You can legally get it from smashwords. I found it there, and I believe it's public domain. Research the site first. Be careful where you try to download books from, alot of those sites are not legal, and the author deserves their royalties. I'm not posting the link because I don't think I'm supposed to according to the rules, but just do a search on smashwords.
